Hello customer!

Below is some important information about the site’s policies :

Purchase:

The customer should check the information of his order before the conclusion of the order, check the items, values and quantity of the items selected in your shopping cart.
If any eventuality occurs, do not proceed with the purchase and immediately report the error through our contact means.

Conditions for payment:

We work with three (3) payment options:

PagSeguro: When proceeding with the completion of your order, the customer will be automatically redirected to the site PagSeguro, this will inform the amount to be paid, the installment and/or cash payment terms, through it will be collected payment information such as credit cards or generated bank slip.
The only option available is to generate a boleto or to pay by credit card (credit card installments are subject to interest rates via PagSeguro).

PayPal: When proceeding with the completion of your order, you must have an active PayPal account with a credit card registered and validated by PayPal.
Only option available for payment with a 5% credit card discount in cash only (subject to change without notice).

Credit Card: When proceeding with the completion of your order, the customer should fill in your credit card information and wait for the completion of the purchase directly on the site of the Loja Arte do Equilíbrio.
Option available for credit card payment in cash only.

If the credit card payment method fails, check with your credit card company to see if there are any impediments to proceeding with the purchase, or try again with a different credit card.
We do not work with Debit Card payment options.

Delivery:

The Art of Balance Store does not guarantee delivery in cases of delivery failure caused by: absent client, incorrect registration data, refusal by the client or employees of residential and business addresses, change of address, closed business addresses, risk area and natural disasters (force majeure).

Delivery will be made on time and to the location indicated in the order confirmation.
Posting occurs within 2 (two) business days, after confirmation of payment.

EAD:

The classes purchased through the Video Classroom (EAD) coupon must be attended within the maximum period informed on each product (calendar days), after this period the class will be suspended.

The registration will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the store, with the same first and last name as the registration.

The deadline for sending the registration is up to 48 hours after payment approval. For security measures this is the maximum time limit for anti-fraud investigation of the operators.

Return:

The goods must be returned sealed and unused, and the store must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when:

  • Defective Product
  • Shipping the wrong product

The Arte do Equilíbrio Store does not refund personal expenses such as shipping packaging or transportation costs.
The customer should pay attention to the delivery of the product, refusing to receive it if the packaging is violated or damaged.

Regret:

Case in case of purchase regret, the customer may request the return of the product and obtain a refund of the amount paid or the insertion of credits for a new purchase, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, with all seals/lacres intact, and should not show any signs of manipulation or use.
This request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of receipt of the purchase, as per article 49 of the CDC.

Any other means of request, WhatsApp, phone, Telegram, etc., will be valid.

After product analysis, the refund can be made in two ways, depending on the form of payment made at the time of purchase:

1) Credit Card: In purchases paid by credit card, the respective chargeback will be requested immediately to your card management company, but because it is a procedure of entire responsibility of the card management company, the chargeback may occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices.

2) In purchases paid by boleto, the refund will always be credited to the current account of the customer who paid the boleto.

Warranty:

The warranty against manufacturing defect is reserved for all products purchased in the company, the defect must be reported within the established period of 7 days from the date of receipt, where its replacement may occur within 30 days.
The Art of Balance Store is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, by issues or elements beyond the reach, control or interference of the parties; suitability of the product purchased by the customer for a particular purpose, purpose or use chosen by the customer.
